Oatmeal varieties
Turn your oatmeal into an "oatmeal deluxe" when adding:
Fresh or frozen fruits, for example sliced bananas
Dried fruit, like raisins or dates
Chopped nuts, like walnuts or almonds
Syrup
Jam or marmalade
Oatmeal Straberry Smoothie
Recipe for 2 persons
Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until it is smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and ready to enjoy.
cup of milk (you can also use soy milk if you like)
0,5 cup of Good Start oats
1 banana in pieces
10 frozen strawberries
0,5 teaspoon vanilla extract
1,5 teaspoon of sugar
Recipe Porridge
Breakfast for 4 persons
Ingredients:
300 g Good Start oats
900 ml water
300 ml milk
15 g butter
salt
Instructions:
Add the Good Start oats, water and milk in a pot.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly
Add the butter and salt, continue stirring until the mixture thickens (if too thick, add some more water)
Serve and enjoy!
